I am not getting on here like I use too. I hate to weigh myself so much. I get down if I gain. So I try and stay off the scales that works better for me. I know when i am putting on a little weight. That makes me work a little harder to get it back off. I am still doing well with exercising and eating right. I fall off the wagon every once in a while. I know this is something i will have to do for the rest of my life. I can not eat what I want and not exercise. If I want to stay thin. I love the way I look and am going to work to keep it off. It is well worth the work. I hated the way the weight made me feel about me. If I can do this anyone can. I remember when I was 186 and thinking there is no way I can lose that much weight. Like I said if I can do this so can you. Just set your mind to it and you can do anything.

WEll I am finally in my 130's. It took a while to get here. I am not really doing anything any different. So I am just happy that I have decided to make a life change and not try another diet that may or may not work. Just to gain my weight back and then some. I know how to eat. I somtimes give in but that is going to happen. As long as I realize and go back to what I know I will be okay. I am not on this as much as I use to be. I feel this is something I can do for the rest of my life. I love to exercise and eating right is not so bad. Your taste buds change and you enjoy foods that are not covered in salt or butter. I enjoy foods that are whole grain and not white flour. I have added my carbs in but healthy carbs. I still try and watch my portion sizes. I know that if I give in to my old ways I will gain my weight back. So this has to be a life change. Good luck to all if you set your mind to it you can do it.
