I pigged out today. I was on the road and had no food at home.That is horrible. I promise I will not do this tomorrow. I knew all these foods were full of calories. I still ate it. I threw up because wendys nuggetts are gross. I am being greedy and I still ate them... Anywho. Tomorrow is grocery day and we will see that I am going to have a calorie deficit EVERY SINGE DAY!!!!! I HAVE TO GET to 170 by the end of JUNE :( IM READY!!!

I have gained weight. Very discouraging. I am trying to turn it into motivation.... I hope to continue to enter my foods here... I need to remember to drink 8 glasses of water... eat every 3 hours, drink green tea.... workout at least 4 x's a week...Im doing good its Day 2 of counting calories but I have been working out for the last 2 months

I moved to ATL and I was 173 then after starting to work out I gained 5lbs... maybe in muscle.. My legs are a little more defined and I can feel muscles I had not felt before.
