I did a 3 day fast to clear out toxins. I found out I am Adrenal body type sooo Im going to incorporate the suggested eating plan for my body type :) Hope this works My weight is 168 on the fast... Started eating today and so far im 169.8....

Weigh-in: 172.0 lb

still to go: 32.0 lb

Been Exercising. Eating every couple of hours. Trying to Avoid carbs other than in tea. I need to lose 40lbs!!!!!!! Quick.

I havent really watched what I have been eating... I eat mostly eggs and bacon and 2 peices of french toast, or one waffle. The rest of the day I eat anything... I think in moderation... I havent worked out in 2 1/2 weeks but I plan to start again maybe today or tomorrow.
