So happy about this loss! I followed my diet almost religiously and worked out everyday and lost 3.7lbs just this week! ♥♥

Hello!
Technically, this was yesterday's news but I forgot to post about it lol. I'm finally feeling a bit better, so I decided to start working out. I did some PiYo as you can see, in the dark haha cuz that's how I like it. Beside that, i'm not sure about the diet. I did kinda eat a lot at dinner but then again, I skipped lunch so I guess it balances out. I ate lots of raisins tho during the day. In any case I'm not too concerned about that for now, I'm focusing on working out regularly now, I'll implement the diet a bit later.

Hello!
As you can see in the pic below, I did workout today! It wasn't easy perse, I had some trouble breathing since my nose was all clogged up and I had a slight fever and a headache, but oh well; when you got to move, you move!
