Still sick, but feeling a bit better after taking a walk ... a walk that took almost 2h! I didn't think I'd be able to do it, but I did, and it felt good.
I feel more confident about doing light workouts now, and I'm thinking about doing two light workouts tomorrow if I'm still as sick, or one good workout if I feel better.

Not eating well, I'm a bit sick (okay, a lot sick) so I haven't been able to workout. Actually I thought that it's been more a week than I weighted myself (I thought it was last Saturday, not just 3 days ago haha, yeah I'm THAT sick) I feel a bit better today so I thought I'd go out for a run in the afternoon, the fresh air might do me some good.

So, a little honesty check.
I am NOT happy with myself lately, at all. It's been two weeks since I've worked out, and it doesn't seem like that is going to change anytime soon. Technically, I didn't have the time and I spent less than three days at home in these two weeks; but I still feel guilty about it. I feel like I've let myself down, especially since I didn't even TRY to eat healthy or anything, I just used mine being away from home as an excuse.
Furthermore, I'm going for a week at the beach starting today; in a shared hotel room. I'd like to workout, by I know I probably won't. Does anyone have any ideas about how I can burn some calories there? :/
Sorry for this kinda non-motivating entry, but we all have our ups and downs in our journey. I guess I'm experimenting a series of downs lately tho I shouldn't complain as it's of my own making.
