Went off my diet yesterday. Stayed at the same weight of 139.2 for three days. Going back on today.

Weigh-in: 141.0 lb

lost so far: 38.0 lb

still to go: 21.0 lb

Day 6: Only got a little dizzy chasing after my daughter. Pretty happy with my progress. Did have some apple cider, so not a strict water fast now...eh.

Day 5: 140.6
Day 6: 139.2

LTD: 9.4 lbs

Weigh-in: 139.2 lb

lost so far: 39.8 lb

Day 5: Doing better today. Slept for a long time last night. Still a little sleepy this morning. Hope I can get to 136 soon. I think that's when I'll stop my fast or after 11 days being on this. Whichever comes first.

Day 4 - Going strong. Slightly hungry, but not really. I think I've gone into Keto...hopefully. Period started today so I'm feeling kinda bleh, but other than that my energy levels are high and I feel fine. Much better than yesterday. Needed a nap at lunch yesterday. Don't need one today.
