Hi everyone! Today I was really trying to be careful and start eating lower carbs...I'm excited about the October Carb Challenge...
I had much success with the Atkins plan long ago...
Can anyone help me with setting a goal for the daily number of carbs?
What should I be shooting for? How about calories and fat? Can anyone offer suggestions as to what works for them? I really don't want to eat a ton of fat...Any suggestions on how I can save my sanity with something that I'm allowed to have on this diet? Thanks everyone! I'm new here, and so far everyone has been incredibly helpful...Hope everyone is doing well...Wishing much success to all! :)

I'm going to ease into this new way of life...I have had struggles in the past staying motivated and giving into cravings...I think I'll be OK...I'm heading to the gym shortly...I always feel stronger and more confident after a good work out...I'm doing this for my health first and I want to feel good about myself again...I know I can do this...
