Second month, only 1 lb lost
Your carbs are a little high depending on your activity level . So you are eating high protein and fat along with high carbs its basically a recipe for fat storage. I would advise trying to stay under 100g of carbs a day and make it Rice or potatoes mixed with green vegetables etc when you eat carbohydrate. if it doesnt work i would lower your carbs down to around 75g per day and see what happens.
