Can someone tell me the proper way to measure berries, if it's a half cup do you use a liquid measuring cup or a dry measuring cup or do you weigh 4 oz on your scale? I was just wondering I've been using a liquid measuring cup.

As for my eating I've been doing ok except when I have to be away from home running errands, which seems to be a lot now that I can drive again, the problem Is I'm usually gone between 11:00 & 3:00 and I either nibble in the car or am starved when I get home and over eat or eat wrong. I'm not big about stopping to eat while I'm out so I'm struggling to find a solution to that. I know the simple answer would be go earlier or after lunch but that's not possible those are my best energy hours because of the Fibro and it gets quiet hot later here most of the time. So I'm still working on it. I know planning is a big part of any eating plan.

I just made a slow cooker full of chicken bone broth it's in the fridge to be skimmed today maybe a thermos of that would be a solution I just thought of that. I guess it helps when you talk to someone else. I haven't tasted it but it's something to work with.

Every have a good week and keep doing your best if you slip remember we all do sometimes just start again.
