I have been on "diet" since I was 14 years old. I am dancer. I dance ballet, contemaporary jazz, Flamenco, and Modern dance. My ideal weight, based on my height, body type and age is 138. I have been in that weight for a long time. I have never stopped doing exercises and I started the P90X DVDS exercises again, and a new HIP HOP ABS DVDS. My goal? A healthier life and regarding to weight I want to be in 130.

Working hard to lose 4 pounds by this next Friday
Thank you for your encouragement. What I'm doing is cardio exercises (cycling, steps and Body work)and moderate weight lifting to loose inches and also the famous P-90X. Apparently, based on my height and my age , I have a healthy wight. I have lost 40 pounds already, since I started eating healthier, since 2005 Smile. In regards to exercise, I go to the gym 6 days a week, and I really enjoy it. Today is Thursday and I haven't lost a pound Sad. Maybe I have reached the plateau stage Sad who knows. Next Saturday I have an appointment with the nutritionist. Let's see. Bring it!!!!

Working hard to lose 4 pounds by this next Friday
A group of 4 people enrolled in a challenge , at work, with the purpose of loosing weight by May 5th, 2010. we named the group Light & Fit (what a common name jjaja). On a weekly basis we weigh in in order to track our progress. I'm the captain leader and I haven't lost a pound Confused . The next official weigh in date will be on Thursday, February 5th. By that date I want to have lost at least 8 pounds. The detail is that I lost already 15 pounds in the last year and this last 10 pounds are the hardest. Since last saturday I started doing 2 hours of exercise at the gym (Cycling and weight lifting) and I also will started tomorrow P-90X (which helped me lost a lot of inches last year). My plan is to do two hours of exercise in a daily basis and a diet of at least 1.200 calories. What do you think ? 4 pounds by this Friday and then 4 more by February 6th, Bring it!!!
