Not much movement lately. Not sure if it is because I am starting some strength training (pushups, situps, squats)... I should probably start taking measurements and recording those. I'd REALLY like to lose about 10 lbs more in July. I think moving to a 1500 calorie diet, combined with exercise, will really help.
Things I really want to eat: pizza with the cauliflower pizza crust, lattes, and a little dessert... Regardless, this has been a good few weeks getting me to this point. I hope to close out phase 2 at 155 lbs. Not sure if that will happen...but am going to try.
