Today I aocomplished a 7 mi ride and a 250 m swim. Awesome! Next goal is a 8 mi ride and a 375 m swim. But tomorrow's workout is a long swim -- 15 laps. I've dug out the polar watch and will begin timing my workouts. Also...going to strictly control what I eat prior to workouts. I think dinner almost made me vomit. Ew.

I swam 1 mile yesterday! This is a swimming milestone for me, and an important step to be ready for the sprint tri at the end of the month. I'm super excited about my progress so far and have 3 weeks to build on it. 1 mi swim, 10 mi ride, and 5k...I'll be ready. Next step--focus on times and integrating workouts. Tomorrow: 4 mi ride & 1/3 mi swim! I"m ready.
