90 carbs yesterday, 18 today :)
My appetite is back however - I know it's only temporary until my body gets used to this low carb thing. Thanks again for your support everyone.

I love Corn Flakes. I mean I LOVE them. I even take the calorie hit to have 2 cups of the little bastards for breakfast. I am thinking I need to switch to oatmeal, which I also love but is more time consuming to make.
I am not necessarily on a "low carb" diet - although sugar does mess with me and I try to limit it as much as possible - but I think I will probably watch my carb intake even more than just paying attention to sugar.
I feel better on a low calorie, low carb, high protein diet. So we'll see. First things first - switching from Corn Flakes to oatmeal - or heck maybe even an egg and bacon :)
