what's shakin? ... my butt... lol

well I've made about a leter of cranberry sauce......mini, sugar free, cranberry cheese cakes ... i made two with no crust.........mini, reduced sugar, pumpkin pies with cream cheese center..... a full sized, reduced sugar pumpkin pie... pumpkin cream cheese roll.... there's a frozen sweet potato pie.... thawing a turkey .... going to the store tomorrow to get the stuff for green bean casserole...mashed potatoes... sweet potatoes... bacon ranch broccoli too (well i already have that stuff for the broccoli)... gravy and stuffing.

my thanksgiving plan is, limit to two desserts (crust free, sugar free cranberry cheese cake and a mini reduced sugar pumpkin pie with cream cheese filling)...... turkey... lots of turkey.... green bean casserole (gotta check on carbs for that but I can alter a small batch for myself) .... bacon ranch broccoli. ... that's not exactly on plan. but I think its a reasonable compromise I'm willing to make.

left overs!!!!! ok so normally you'd stuff your face twice because of leftovers.... BUT I will make meals with my three compartment Tupperware.... husband, 3 kids and father in law will have their leftover meal.... the rest will also be made into meals but frozen for days when I don't feel like cooking everyone food.... also this way nothing goes bad or goes to waste :)

in other news, I cleaned the whole entire house because the older kids suck and didnt do their chores and we actually have company comming .... Little man has an ear infection and his stomach does not like these antibiotics... thank god I buy the econo boxes of diapers....

I met my fitness points... I didn't yesterday because I was more focused on weights than cardio... but that's ok too...
I'm considering doing a work out now because I apparently forget how to relax and watch tv.... making me anxious to be just sitting here... usually when I'm on fs I'm doing other things at the same time.... right now I'm actually sitting on my ass.....I'm tired.... but I feel like I need to do stuff.... when did this happend to me? I think I'm turning into my mom and sister.... they never relax ... always cleaning and running around.

I won't say I cheated today but I ate things that aren't on plan... only small amounts to test the cooking .... that and pie is good.... but only small pie, and only half of it lol... tart sized.
I've been so busy cooking and cleaning that I didn't leave much time to eat .... when I did it wasn't the most satisfying. .. meat and cheese basically lol.

I have other thoughts floating around but I've rambled on enough.... I'm boring myself so I can only imagine what it's like reading this


don't fear thanksgiving... have a plan.... maybe have someone make you a plate of things that are on plan so they can have will power for you.... then you just eat what you are given and that's it... done..... just an idea.....

side note... I'm looking at Dave Chapelle on some show right now..... is it just me or did he go from hyper and scrawny to chill and built?? his arms and shoulders are fricken huge!!! I missed Chapelle ... I hope he feels as peaceful as he talks now.... he looks healthy anyhow.

barely made my fitness goals today. utterly exhausted from yestrday. but I did it!! sore and tired but I feel I have to atleast meet these minimum requirements so my ass doesn't stay glued to the couch... calories and carbs are alight... lower back is a bit messed from the stationery bike. such an awful design.... I'd be really angry if it wasn't free ha ha ha but now I know why it was..... maybe for christmas my husband will get me a recumbent exercise bike so I stop killing my back on this thing....

tomorrow is monday... maybe ill set up some paint on a big paper in the garage and little man will make me a masterpiece and be distracted so I can use the elliptical instead of the bike.

little man says it's too cold for the real bike.....

well tomorrow's another day of recording all my numbers
