Just finished the diet man workout. More like die man work out. Lol. I know with time it will get better. Since I have had my workout would it be wrong to have a snack? Have got to work on getting my calorie intake up. Good night everyone. Good luck and best wishes tomorrow.

Today was the first day of the diet. I am not use to eating this much even though so far today i have only met half of my calorie intake. Waiting now after eating before doing any exercise. I do have one question. Do we also need to record how much water we drink or any other non-calorie drink?

Excited about starting the trial but nervous too. Big concern is what to eat. Dont want to burn out on chicken all the time. Will post measurements Sunday night UGHHH hate that about as m uch as weighing..LOL
