Today I didn't eat much. This morning I ate a granola bar on the way to work, ran some errands and when I got home at 930 took a nap from 1130 to 1 did some light housework and then when back to work. I wasn't hungry hard to eat hen not hungry. I onowni should get more so I don't go into starvation mode. Maybe today can be a shock day for me. Did better at the exercises today no cramps in the arches knock on wood. Still having some trouble with the second set of push ups. I don't have much upper body strength. Thinking about on our off days fromexercise to maybe do some walking just to get my heart rate up some. If feel like I am eating all the time on days that I do getbin three meals and two snacks.

Second day of week two exercise. Harder to do exercise today than it was yesterday. Wish I didn't have flat feet. Exercising makes my flat arches to cramp. However I do feel a little better.

1. Turkey and Cheese Roll-Ups
Cut one part-skim mozzarella cheese stick in half lengthwise. Roll about 1 ounce of sliced roasted turkey breast around half of a part skim mozzarella cheese stick and repeat with the remaining cheese and turkey to make a total of two roll-ups.
Each serving contains: 3.5 grams carbohydrate, 0.3 gram fiber, 144 calories, 17 grams protein, 6.6 grams fat, 3.8 grams saturated fat
I like this for a quick snack on the run.
Today I have had to battle an appetite. I didn't get up until 1030 ate oatmeal for my breakfast at 1045 has a snack turkey roll up at 130 some raisins (serving) granola bar had dinner about 6 had another granola bar some sunflower seeds now it's 9 and I am ready to go to bed. Only had 1200 calories (that had to be counted). Wondering how tomorrows workout will be after having two days to rest. 5 am is early got to get my breakfast in mind before going to work since I have an appt for 9 don't know how long it will be. Need to take a snack with me.

I am stuffed. Dinner was awesome. Sweet potatoes, fresh green beans, and turkey tenderloin. Put dinner on did my workout by the time I was finished with the workout dinner was finished. POP killed two birds with one stone and time to spare.

Was up at 530 this morning, went to work waited until I got home to have breakfast which was at 8. I made a smoothie with skim milk, yoplait smoothie fruit from the freezer aisle and 2 scoops of the protein powder. I am using this as a meal replacement. Have the alarm set for 11 for a snack or lunch. Trying to remembernto eat this many times a day is hard. Thinking about having turkey tenderloin, fresh green beans, and sweet potatoes for dinner. I can steam my green beans and sweet potatoes in the steamer at the same time and use my stoneware from pampered chef in the microwave to cook my tenderloin in ten minutes. So dinner should be a snap tonight.
