pretty happy with the weigh in as i havent weighed in in ages,but my blood tests show i have too do something more about it as they were pretty bad..
I know i can do this but its not the doing it its the staying on it...
Want too feel good again..

I'm pretty much at my weight I'm happy at .I'm 50 plus,6foot and weigh 90.
I'm not small in frame but I'm happy where I'm at .
What is you advise on sticking and doing your best not to start putting weight back on??I've always found it hard to stay at a weight once I've got here...
