Well,where do i start,
im easy going,have a great life,blu blu blu!!!
Only issue is my weight,it goes up it comes down it goes back up again.As a 50 plus year old healthy woman otherwise i want too get this under some sort of control if possible...
Its time too get healthy and stay healthy...
Im very tall at around 6 foot so i dont want too b terribly thin as i start looking sick,so lets see where this ride takes us..

14 day weigh innnnnnn...
Today is day two and i will weigh in for the first 14 days then go back too a weekly weigh in,but while its the start i feel like im ready too go and hope my numbers are going too b good for the first two week..
Started yesterday Thursday 95.7
Friday 95.1
Feeling so much better but over night my blood sugar didnt go down still 14.4,which is a worry...
Today is another day and lets hope im on track again today with what goes into my mouth....

Digital Scales
I weigh everyday also,when i getto my weight i want too be then i will do once a week..
Scales i have the same and they are usually also all over the place,but i sometimes think its because my weight is up and down like a yoyo..But the scales also,if its cold they can weigh different ,if its a hot day they can weigh different and if they need new batteries is a big one..
Do you need new batteries???
Also i weigh in in the morning after ive been the loo with nothing on...Do it the same time every day,
also put your scales on a mat and dont move them ..The littlest movement or area changes everything,it really does...
Keep at it we will get there.

Hello,
Well i did think i wrote a post but cant find it,maybe i did something wrong so lets try again..
My diet history is the yo yo diet,and i want too change it from being a yo yo too healthy life and not a diet,i hate the word diet,it just doesnt work..
My lovely Dr told me about this group and said have a look and see what you think,well next time i must say thank you too her as its what im looking for.
Like minded people too help me and talk about life style changes..
Ive always struggled with my weight,i no different too anybody,im able too drop the weight too me thats not the hard part.My hard part is keeping it off..Thats what i have too work at,thats what i have too teach myself too do,keep the weight off!!
I love too walk but sometimes just too lazy,i enjoy too swim but find i like the tide too b low,
I love too eat but have too pick whats going in my mouth is alot healthier ..
I dont really have alot of weight too drop but its my middle,i have got too try and get my middle smaller,thats where i carry my weight!Thats not wear a woman in her EARLY 50s wants too carry weight,but my whole life my middle has been the place in which i carry my weight.
Im a stay at home woman,and love it..All my kids have now left home and making a life for themself,so i have too get myself healthy so i can see my grand daughter grow and see what is going too b her life story..
Thank you for this group and i look forward too getting too know some of you and watching your story,
Lets see if i work out how too post this intro as ive got no idea what i did with my last intro...

Im getting in just before lunch,
so goodmorning all and i hope all are having a goodmorning,
Im new here as of today,my lovely Dr told me about this group and gave me the name too have a look,
so next time i must thank her as it looks like what im after.
I like too talk about food/weight lose and everything too do with healthy lifestyle...
I HATE the word diet..

Im a mum of 3 and a wife of one!!
The kids have all left home so its only my one husband and myself at home,
i love healthy foods my husband it getting better but hes ok with the same food every day..He eats too live i live too eat,i wish i could be more like him when it comes too food,I love food and food loves too sit right around my middle..
My photo is me i dont look big in the profile photo,i dont look big because im 6 foot,but all my weight is around my middle,hence the worry for me and diabeyies..Some thing i do not want,so its time too get real..I dont want it now and i dont want it later.Ive got my first grand baby and i want too watch her grow,i dont want too miss out on her life and what her story will become..
I love too walk along the beach but dont have enough get up and go somedays too go alone,but going with someone that mucks me around doesnt interest me either,so i have too start planning my days so i know what got too be done and then hope it becomes the norm.My husbands just gone back too work after the chrismas holidays and lets say he had me going we didnt sit still so i want too keep my body moving...
Well thanks for havinga group like this where i can join in and have some contact with like minded people...
