HAPPY FRIDAY!!! Tummy has been upset since last night. I still manage to eat some cooked broccoli this morning to help the process along..:-0
I am staying on track today. Will pick up my chicken for the weekend later. So, I asked my boys this morning did I look like I was losing weight. The youngest responds I'm definitely seeing progress. I'm thinking to myself okay you are definitely your father's child. My oldest says "wow mom you are doing great, you have lost a lot." Definitely his mother's child. Either way I say to myself hmm, someone has raised them boys right!! :-) Me!!!! Love them babies!!!:-) Staying on track so I can be healthier for us all. I can do this!!! Yes, I am trying to convince myself hard today!! Have a peachy day everyone!!!!

Woooo there mama!! Too many calories and fat intake today!!! That doesn't even include the items I left out such as butter. Definitely going to have to be under lock and key for the the weekend. Have to find me a chicken to bake the weekend. LOL! Sound like I'm looking for one on a farm. Really! No! That's usually my go to save me from hunger food. Baked chicken and veggies. Geez, I refuse to get too much off track.

Body making up for my non hunger yesterday. Made a delicious pecan snack with splenda brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and regular brown sugar. All I know is its good. Taking that sweet tooth away.Increasing my carbs today so figured this will definitely do it. Not counting on a big dinner because I got really hungry earlier. Will record that later.

As I sit here and type this it just feels as if I am bloating up by the minute. Ugh!!! Oh well, it is what it is. Have a good afternoon everyone.
Breakfast: Eggs and 3 strips of bacon (couldn't help myself)
Lunch: Oscar Mayer Protein pack..only 3 carbs and good
Snack: Raw almonds no salt 6 carbs and a few pecans

Debating whether to put the batteries in the scale or just forget about weighing today. I know it is getting close to that time where I do not need to step on the scales at all. My body usually hold on to water and my weight will jump up close to ten pounds who wants to see that??? Did get some good news yesterday.
I will be finished with my degree this year. Can you say shocked? My calculations were all off. So, later tonight I will suck it up and hit the books to understand some work I have been putting off. Wouldn't it be nice to have reached half my weight goal by graduation date. I would definitely give myself a dinner party. Hmm!! Maybe I will.
