My Dad is round to watch the footie with the rest of the household. They got themselves burgers & chips , so I treated myself to an old favourite of mine ...Butterbean , Spinach & Tomato Curry 550 calories ( I skipped lunch to make room for it ! ) 😋

I don’t like photos of me & please excuse the scruffy clothes 😂 but today was the first day that I’ve sat on the end of my bed to dry my hair & when I’ve looked down I haven’t seen an eyeful of bulges !! There are still some but it’s getting there!
