Checking in, yikes, been over 100 days since my last weigh in. I'm not disputing I've put on ten pounds, got kind of complacent all things going on these days and my pants are getting tight. Time for a little discipline. Heavy sigh of relief after the country lost 300+ pounds on November 3rd. Put a little love in your heart and let your light shine. 💗

I saw this recipe last week and have been raring to give it a shot. Whoa! Better than I imagined. I used Bill's Microwave Bread recipe for the dough instead of the the one on the diet doctor website that called for psyllium husk powder. Off the chart good!
