How do I modify the macros and RDI displayed in my diary?
To adjust the columns and customise the macros or RDI displayed in your diary, follow these steps:
- Open the app and go to your Diary.
- Tap the Options icon.
- Select Change Columns from the menu.
- Adjust the columns to display the macros or RDI values you prefer.
Your diary will now reflect the updated display based on your selections.
