When you submit a post, it may not immediately appear on the "Featured" page. The posts displayed there are typically selected based on the level of engagement they receive and the inclusion of high-quality photos.

Even if your post isn’t featured, it is still visible to others if your account is set to public or followers only. Other users can view your posts by visiting your profile directly or by using the "Everyone" or "Following" filters in the search function. To view your own posts, simply switch the filter to "Me."
