How to set your personalised Daily Calorie and Macro Goals

You can create custom goals for different days of the week to better match your schedule and eating patterns. To set your personalised daily calorie and macro goals:

  1. Go to the Reports page.
  2. Tap the Target icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to the Set Daily Goals section, find Add Daily Goal, and tap the + sign.
  4. Enter your desired daily calorie and macro goals.
  5. Tap Save to confirm your changes.

Note: Custom daily goals are only visible in the Reports page and do not affect the calorie calculations in your Diary.
