How do I set my macro goals?
Macros, or macronutrients, are the main nutrients your body needs in large amounts to function. Protein, fat, and carbohydrates each provide different calories per gram and affect your body differently. In the app, you can also customize your daily macro targets to match your personal goals:
- Go to the Reports page.
- Tap the target icon.
- In the Macronutrients Goals section, add your daily targets for protein, fat, and carbohydrates.
- Tap Save to apply your customized macro goals.
