To view net carbs in your diary, follow these steps:

1. Open your Diary in the app.
2. Tap on Options at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select either Detailed View or Summary View.
4. In the column settings, choose to display Net Carbs.

Note: Net carbs are only visible in the Diary section of the fatsecret app. The app primarily uses total carbs for tracking, so your Reports will still display total carbohydrate values rather than net carbs.
