- Лук нарезать кубиками, чеснок выдавить через пресс, снять курицу и обжарить на том же масле лук с чесноком и мукой.
- Томаты и перец нарезать соломкой. Добавить для обжарки к луку - посолить поперчить, обжариваем минут 5-7 - добавить томатную пасту и курицу. Томить минут 15-20 добавив воды.
