Гороховый Суп

Белковый гороховый суп-пюре, который легко приготовить.

Directions

  1. Горох промыть, высыпать в кастрюлю, налить 2 чашки воды, добавить лавровый лист. Поставить на огонь, закрыть крышкой и довести до кипения.
  2. Когда закипит, снять пенку, уменьшить огонь. Добавить 1 ст.л. растительного масла. Варить 30-40 мин, подливая воду, если нужно.
  3. Когда горох разварится, всыпать в него соль, перец, тмин и взбить в блендере. Вылить в кастрюлю и довести до кипения еще раз. Добавить порубленный укроп.
