Primeiramente, obrigado pela receita! Testamos aqui, mas infelizmente o povo não aprovou... Estavam esperando um pão, mas saiu um bolo de coco salgado. O coco tem muita personalidade, tanto no gosto como na textura do resultado. Mas bem quentinho, com café, presunto e queijo ficou legalzinho. Abraço!
