Turkey Garden Salad

Fresh salad with turkey and a chilli/lemon/parsley dressing.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Make the dressing by combining the oil, lemon juice, chilli, parsley and pepper. Mix well then set aside.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Pour over the dressing and toss the salad to coat all the ingredients evenly with dressing.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
