Calf: 15.3 in
Hips: 40.8 in
Shoulder: 44.1 in

Lost my initial 9lbs. Been struggling since. Not losing inches yet either. I’m getting to the point where I want to give up Keto because I haven’t seen any other results. I’ve been following doing lazy keto, but eating like maybe 5 carbs a day at most. Very frustrating I see people with these great weight loss pictures. I know I’m only 3 weeks in, but I feel like it’s not working for me. I know I’m in ketosis as I’ve tested for it. I don’t now. Not a good day today!
170.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Different people have different results. You might want to try recording everything you eat to see where you might make some changes. 9 pounds in 3 weeks is not bad! Maybe look at what those people that you admire are eating and follow their habits for a week or two to see where that gets you. Good luck!
