HAD A GOOD WEEK. MY ORDER FOR ZUMBA JUST ARRIVED AND I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO MIXING UP MY WORKOUT A BIT.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
