Next to two sessions of yoga, I've not been working out at all! I've been typically eating well for breakfast and lunch, but then I blow it at dinner! Yes, I do walk home many days from work, but that's not making the difference in how I eat in the evenings. Game's on though, because it's about 6 months from now until the holidays are here! Family photos again!
