Another 3/4 lb down; well the weight recorder doesn't really like it when I put in .25, but it's accurate. Note to self: tracking really helps, so JUST DO IT!
146.3 lb Lost so far: 0.3 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
