Took an entire week (half the days under 10 net carbs) to get that water weight off AND get back to where I left off. I am, however, finally under 30% body fat (at 28% and started at about 32%) so I guess I'm no longer considered obese!
Lesson learned: I will not have a cheat day. That's an entire week I could have made more progress.
