Need to refocus this upcoming week. The scale has slowed to a halt. Grrr... Will start off tomorrow with a walk in the morning and a smoothie.
247.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 122.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey Hey don't let that scale rule you!! I had a slow month, pound wise, but when I went shopping, I had to have the girl bring my pants a size smaller , and my shirts 2 sizes smaller, so that scale can kiss my butt! lol They're just numbers, it about how you feel!! Keep up the great work ;)
