This is my morning weigh in.. is always lite, my pm weighin is probably more like 162-164. As long as I am withing 5# of my goal weight I am at my goal : )
160.8 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
