I have been testing (with strips) and every-time in the last 4 or 5 days. I am around a 7.0 to 8.0 on the Ketones, which since it only goes to 10 in this test, I am super happy about - because I feel great.

The weather has been shit here in Michigan for the whole spring so far, so I have not been making my step goal. Even so, I am very happy to see my weight going down from just the diet change - it has buoyed me and kept me from straying.

I am just about at my lowest weight in 5 years (240 today), and I was 257 as recently as Valentines Day.

I see my goal on the distant horizon (199) and I am not afraid of missing it - I think it will be achieved in late summer, but I am flexible on the date, but not flexible on the means - I will remain true to being KETO, walking, and enjoying every day and every success no matter what.
