Happiness abounding ! After a long stall I have lost 3 pounds in chuck. Now of course I am more paranoid than ever becuase I know the body likes to return to those set points. However I am so relieved and feel so good. I ha set a goal to lose 5 pounds by Mothers Day and I may make it. I am going to visit my darling daughter in Michigan and I really want to look appreciably better when I get there
I am thrilled I don't know if taking the week off and then going back to strict induction did it or what but there was no move last week and now 3 lbs WOW! No reallloss in March and absolutely none in April and now here we are with a 3 pound chunk gone! 30 to go but whne there are 15 more gone I will look like a human again and have a huge wardrobe to enjoy My size large shirts fit again and I can fit into size 14 pants!
190.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
