I am very happy to have lost a whopping 6 pounds the first week of my diet. I did not veer from keeping myself under 1400 cal per day following the Weight Watchers plan for meals but also because of Fat secret plotting the calories. I do not expect to lose this much next week. This was a fluke as often happens the first week on a diet.
However I really really want to lose 2 lbs a week for the next 2 weeks if that is possible for me. Starting my second week witha good attitude!

I have stuck to my committment Monday through Friday.
Now to face the week end, I need to reconfirm my resolve becuase there will be more opportunities to forget what I am supposed to be doing

First day! Let's try something new. On Atkins I was just stalled after an initial very good result. Maybe my metabolism just got sluggish? I need to try a different approach.

Happiness abounding ! After a long stall I have lost 3 pounds in chuck. Now of course I am more paranoid than ever becuase I know the body likes to return to those set points. However I am so relieved and feel so good. I ha set a goal to lose 5 pounds by Mothers Day and I may make it. I am going to visit my darling daughter in Michigan and I really want to look appreciably better when I get there
I am thrilled I don't know if taking the week off and then going back to strict induction did it or what but there was no move last week and now 3 lbs WOW! No reallloss in March and absolutely none in April and now here we are with a 3 pound chunk gone! 30 to go but whne there are 15 more gone I will look like a human again and have a huge wardrobe to enjoy My size large shirts fit again and I can fit into size 14 pants!
