woot!!!!!!!i made it !i am now officially healthy on the bmi scale!!this app definitly helped.when you see the daily caloric intake,it motivates you to stay diet fateful.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
