I really have no idea why the weight is so low. If I told you what I ate yesterday....whoa...let's just say it involved a huge pretzel and soft ripened cheese and an apple for lunch. BAD!

I did work out for the 1st time on Monday. I played tennis for a few and stopped due to a coughing fit. Then I lifted and all went well. I took Tuesday off and I'm going to give it a go this afternoon. The Wed routine chest and tri's.

120.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
