went to the gym to swim today...weighed myself on an accurate scale. ( I knew my mother-in-laws ancient one was off! ) Although im not making much progress...i know im eating better and it will start showing if i keep it up!
188.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
