Yeah, another pound gone!!! Two more days and I have been on atkins a total of 30 days.. 17lbs total so far. Seems slow and steady. I am so excited..
240.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
