I am eating more 'live food' I'm really getting into healthy eating. I've learned so much about the damages genetically engineered food can do to our system, and how cooking destroys the enzimes we need.

I'm noticing that as I eat more live food, my fat density is dropping even though I'm going against some of the things I'm taught about dieting.

I'm getting something to make tortilla chips from a local mexican grocery store. These chips will satisfy my munchies. Bread will take longer to eat. Eating slower will aid my digestion. I can also make my 'breads' out of natural, unprocessed grains.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
