I weighed 2 pounds less this morning. Bad news is, after that, I BLEW IT!! I had mcdonalds sausage biscuit, THEN frosted flakes. It hit hard. Food is my addiction. I dont want to be on diabetes medicine again and I want to lose, not gain... This is going to be a long battle.
183.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.6 lb a week

Great job on losing the 2 pounds! It's so easy to go eat something like those things after you feel like you've accomplished something. Maybe you could think of some other things that you really like to eat, that are more nutritious? SO next time you lose, you can celebrate by eating those things instead of something not so good...For me sweets are probably my biggest downfall. So I bought some of the weight watchers chocolates. They are only 1 point each and I reward myself every now and then with one of them! Always remember: Believe in yourself! That's the only way you can get through it all successfully.
