Okay I am really happy with my progress the last couple of days. I need to avoid the bad snacking I have been doing. Today I brought in some extra healthy snacks so I can avoid the chocolate. I'm also going to make sure and get in great workouts this week seeing as how this is the last week of my free gym membership.

It's going to be a good week Blue Bugattis!!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week

The way I've dealt with chocolate is to not buy any at all. If it's in the house, I'll get to it. :-) It sounds like you have a good plan for this week, keep up the good work.
