Put 90# dumbells up 8 times on the 5th set on incline bench this am after a 12.5 hr shift, 7 hrs into an 18hr fast, with nothing but some decaf coffee in me. 💪 Never have gone over 75 or 80s.
305.6 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
