Still the same 144. Over the past week, I've been sick so I'm not upset about this plateau I'm on. I'm getting back into my routine today. I had a nice 30 min yoga session so my week is starting out really well.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
