I notice we're on the same weight track. Your WOE is very different. I'm interested to see your progress. I'm a lot older and I lose at a snails pace but I'm in it for the long haul. Good luck to us both. ❤

Hi Jackie, I just started my third round of keto and 720 calories a day for 5 days a month. Trying not to think about my empty tummy tonight. Trying to remember how my weight drops like a stone when I do this. I have only been at this a few months and I already fit into some clothes I had 'grown' out of. Really proud of myself.
